Order Processing

We work efficiently to ensure your Enertime products are dispatched as quickly as possible. Please note the following guidelines:

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed and paid before 12:00 PM (Monday – Friday) will be processed and handed over to Ninja Van the same day.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, or during Saturday and Sunday, will be dispatched on the following Monday.
  • Public Holidays: We observe federal Malaysian public holidays. Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery & Tracking

Once Ninja Van picks up your package, the journey is fully transparent:

  • Email Notification: You will receive an email containing your Ninja Van tracking ID and a direct link to track your order.
  • SMS Alert: A friendly SMS notification will be sent to the phone number registered at checkout on the day of delivery.
  • Receiver Present: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel. Ninja Van might require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping FAQs

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes, but only if your order has not been dispatched yet. Please contact our customer support immediately via WhatsApp or email (quoting your Order ID) to request an address update. Once the order has been handed over to Ninja Van, we are unable to change the destination address.

What should I do if my shipment is delayed?

While Ninja Van delivers within 1-3 working days in West Malaysia under normal circumstances, occasional delays can happen due to peak shopping seasons or weather. Please check the tracking link provided in your shipping email. If there is no update for more than 48 hours, please contact our support team and we will liaise with Ninja Van to expedite the delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, our automated online store only supports shipping within Malaysia (West and East Malaysia). If you are looking to purchase Enertime products from another country, please contact our sales team at sales@enertime.com to arrange a custom shipping quote.

My package arrived damaged. What is your policy?

We pack all orders securely to prevent any damage. However, if your package arrived in a damaged condition, please take clear photos of the shipping label and the damaged products immediately. Send them to our support team within 24 hours of delivery, and we will issue a replacement for you as soon as possible.
