Yes, but only if your order has not been dispatched yet. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday – Friday) are processed same-day, so please contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp or email. Once the package has been handed over to Ninja Van, we cannot cancel or modify the order.

All shipments are handled by our logistics partner, **Ninja Van**. The rates are:

• West Malaysia (Peninsular): Base rate of RM8. Free shipping on orders above RM150.
• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Base rate of RM15. Free shipping on orders above RM250.

Once dispatched, Ninja Van typically delivers within:

• West Malaysia: 1 – 3 working days.
• East Malaysia: 3 – 5 working days (via Air Freight).

Once Ninja Van scans and picks up your parcel, a tracking number and direct tracking link will be sent to the email address and phone number (via SMS) registered at checkout. You can click the link to see real-time updates.

Yes. We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery. However, due to health, sanitary, and food safety regulations, we can only accept returns for items that are completely unopened, unused, and with original safety seals intact. Opened, partially consumed, or unsealed packages are strictly non-returnable.

Unless the product was sent incorrectly (e.g. wrong flavor) or arrived damaged, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend shipping returns via a tracked courier service like Ninja Van to ensure safe arrival.
